We accept artwork up to 12” x 16”, making it much easier for an art teacher to incorporate our school fundraising program into his or her curriculum. See our Art Guidelines.
Our school art fundraising program is extremely easy to use:
• We have a step-by-step checklist for your fundraising coordinator with dates and instructions for each step.
• We assemble each student’s ordering packet and send them to you arranged by class for easy distribution.
• We tally all orders and also package products individually by child, grouped together by class to make distribution of ordered products well organized.
Art Fundraising packets are customized for each child and for each school. The packets include:
• free 4” x 5” print of that student’s art
• letter individualized for every student with his/her own art highlighted on the front
• an order form customized with your school prices
• full color photographs of our custom art products
• an optional insert offering parents the opportunity to purchase their child’s art to create a school tile wall
A FREE 4”x5” print is given to each child of his/her own art whether or not an order is placed.
A FREE 4”x5” print of every student’s art is given to the art teacher or Parent/Teacher organization as a thank you from SilverGraphics.
Artwork is scanned and kept in a database available for online ordering. Your art is professionally scanned; there is no extra work for you. We have artwork on file dating back to Fall 2005!
Your school's art can be published on our ONLINE GALLERY. Extend your fundraising efforts through our online store option. You can choose to have your school's artwork professionally scanned and proudly displayed on our website in your own secure password-protected school gallery.
TILE WALLS can be created from a variety of tile finishes and sizes.
Free shipping is provided within the contiguous United States for anything that is sent to you from SilverGraphics, which includes the final products (100 participating students required for this benefit).
Free sample products are provided to your school for display during the fundraising program.
